Bernard has specialized in trade mark registrations for over 20 years. He is an expert at registering particularly hard to register brands in this country and nearly every country of the world.
He has represented clients in trade mark matters from most countries in all the levels of the UK courts and the Court of the European Union.
Most of all, Bernard prides himself on giving great advice without making a drama out of a situation. In addition to trade mark law, you can ask him about most topics to do with intellectual property law.
At the weekend, Bernard dresses up in Lycra and tries to keep up with his mates at the bike club.
Adam has been a trade mark practitioner for 4 years. He assists clients in relation to all aspects of their trade mark portfolios in the UK, EU and around the world, and greatly enjoys the international aspect of the work. Clients appreciate his logical, thoughtful approach, and ability to explain complex trade mark issues in a clear and accessible manner.
Outside of the office, Adam enjoys tinkering with his classic cars and walking his two dogs. He also attends Tottenham Hotspur matches when possible, even though they invariably lose when he does so.
