Bernard is known for his expertise in registering hard-to-register brands in the UK, Ireland, EU and almost every country of the world. As a member of the Bar and an Irish Registered Trade Mark Attorney, he knows his way around potential registration challenges and litigation issues! Bernard qualified as a barrister over 25 years ago, and is passionate about all intellectual property (IP) matters and the related litigation. Bernard holds UK and Irish citizenship. He has represented clients in IP matters in all levels of the UK courts, and at the Court of Justice of the European Union. Most of all, Bernard prides himself on giving great advice without making a drama out of a situation.

At the weekend, Bernard dresses up in Lycra and tries to keep up with his mates at the bike club!

Adam assists clients in relation to all aspects of their trade mark portfolios in the UK, Ireland, the EU and around the world. He greatly enjoys the international aspect of the work. Clients appreciate his logical, thoughtful approach, and ability to explain complex trade mark issues in a clear and accessible manner. Adam has over 4 years experience as a trade mark practitioner, is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.

Outside of the office, Adam enjoys tinkering with his classic cars and walking his two dogs. He also attends Tottenham Hotspur matches when possible, even though they invariably lose when he is there!

IP Trainee/ Paralegal

Madhuri’s expertise is based on a variety of roles in IP and related business development; this ranges from patent searching and analysis to projects related to diverse technology fields, such as biotechnology, chemistry and mechanical engineering. She has a background in molecular biology and over 4 years experience as an intellectual property professional in start-ups and multi-national corporations, working with clients globally. She is currently training as an IP attorney, and appreciates the diversity of work involved.

In her free time, Madhuri enjoys travel and Brazilian jiu jitsu.
